To return an item, follow these steps:

  3. Pack Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We will provide a prepaid return label for returns due to our error.

5. Refund Process

6. Exchange Policy
