2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns in India
  • Remote areas may take additional 2-3 days
  • Some areas may have restricted delivery options
  • International shipping available on request

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using our website or the courier company's tracking system. We use reliable shipping partners including Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged additional fees for redelivery or package return.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery Available

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in select areas.

COD Charges: ₹50 additional fee

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
